Sqauting below parrallel for those who are tall

my legs are awsome, yet I have never sqauted below parrallel,

I just do not see the use, if someone wants to explain why its so much better, I am all ears............

It only hits glutes more.



I am 6'2 I only go below parallel maybe once a month and if I do its on a smith machine.

Yeah I am 6'3


but who wants a bigger ass?:)

also I have never had knee probs, but doing those looks like a good way to get some

Yeah no doubt. Last thing I want is a bubble ass.
 
Big ass! Possible blow out! Used to go Negative Parrallel alot for Shot and Disc! Lower weight though! Felt it made me more explosive! But I would recommend others not to do it! Seen to many horrific knee blow outs! Get to low and you can't bail out of the lift, if you fail with major weight!
 
I'm 6'2" and i physically cannot go below parallel on squats. I have to really try and stay limber just to get down to around parallel consistently.
 
Im a nay 5'11 and always go post-parallel, dont be feeling any neg pressure on my knee caps or patella. Plus it feels alot more involved muscluar wise going below parallel for moi, and me teardrop be much more pronounced now.
 
6' and go to just parallel on freeweight, and below parallel on smith and front squats....thighs are approaching 29 inches.
 
I do 2 sets below parallel in my warm ups on squats with 225 to give my tooshie that nice firm runners but look. The kind that says I can pound your twat through the wall baby and make breakfast too!

I then do 3 - 4 working sets @ parallel.

I'm 6'1" and now only go below parallel. Took me a while to get used to, but, having now done both, I'll never go back to parallel or above.

I get twice the growth with half the weight, and no knee problems. However my ass has gotten bigger which I really didn't think was possible, but there you have it.
