Well, amazing for me at least.
I got a new PR for Squatting, 265lbs, which is 15lbs heavier than my previous PR.
Now, what is amazing about that? The fact that I'm CUTTING right now.
A month ago I was eating 1500 cals more than today and 300 grams carbs more per day as I do now. And yet is today, with my boring 100grams carbs/day that I reach a new PR...
How does that work?
Obviously I built some considerable strenght during my bulking and that helps, but I think it is all Mind over Body mumbo jumbo: I spent the whole day today telling myself "I'm going to go and kill that shit, but really kill it, double murder that shit tonight"... Iwas really stoked when I got to the Gym.
