it was 167.99 with a 20 buck mail in rebate, memory is 1.5gb, i like it cause its small, only 2.0oz, it had great reviews, I do like the ipods, but they are a little heavy for working out, this mp3 player is a much better deal than those stupid ones where you can only hold like 10-15 songs, this one holds 375

Yes, It has an SD slot and flash Mem so the version of the player software can also be upgraded over time...
