Hell is the shiznit....just thought I would add that! ......I live far far far away from the hood...but the club I own is in the entertainment district / translation, hood.....and they are converting some nice old buildings into lofts, with similar qualities as your new pad.....I myself would not be scared to live there, but asking a girl to come down to meet me would be a different story......
