Your body absorbs far less cholesterol than it makes internally.
Remain active and eat clean... slow burning complex carbs and veggies and fruits with your protein sources and you be good to go.
So many people are sooooooooooo misguided about proper nutrtion.
You dont HAVE TO eat like a bodybuilder preparing for a show in order to be healthy, nor do you HAVE TO train like one...
Too many get caught up in extremes and that is why they end up injured and *failing* in their fitness goals.
Slow and steady wins the race. Whole eggs are NOT the enemy. Lot of vitamins and minerals in the yellow part not to mention nearly 1/2 the protein.
No reason why you cant eat two whole eggs, some fresh fruit, cup of oatmeal or coupla slices whole wheat bread for a COMPLETE breakfast... then you are off to a good start... get your ass out there and moving.
*speaking of which*
