I haven't worked out in over a year due to an injury what sups should I take?

I broke my wrist over a year ago and really couldn't lift any weights so I took a year off to heal. I want to get back into shape and need some advice.
First question is what supps are good for a 45 Y/O to take?
Second question what program do you recommend for me to lose the excess body weight and get my strength back?

My stats when lifting
Weight was 240
Age 44
BF was around 16 to 18%
Bench was 315 for reps
Weighted dips 45lb for 15/ 4 sets
Deadlift around 375
Squats ( bad knees) 315 set of 5

My stats now
Weight 225
BF 26%
And I haven't lifted yet but I am sure it is low

Thanks

I haven't come across anything worth while that isn't a steroid as far as work out supplements go. I'm sure there are tons of things you can spend hundreds a month on that aren't steroids, but not as effective.
