Ok, so I got the damn flu, temperature dancing around 101 - 102, I can barley move, my whole body aches and I can barley eat. Ive made some good gains last few months, and Ive got a good lean build with muscle, I dont want to lose it.
So, considering that I can't lift/cardio/or eat a proper diet what should my strategy be to not lose too much muscle and screw up my metabolism.
Im assuming I will be out of the gym for 1 full week.
