I have returned from court...

All I can say is FUCKINA!!!

Again the charges were:

1. Possesion of marijuana.
2. Possesion of paraphenelia.
3. Criminal Damage.

After meeting with the district attorney (who I've come to the conclusion wanted my nuts) she had the judge suspend the $1750 fine for 90 days. In that time period, I am to attend 1 8 hour drug class on a Saturday, and pay $120.00. At that time the $1750 will be dropped, and SO WILL THE CHARGES FROM MY RECORD!!!

As for the criminal damage, the flower pot cost $188. I have to go back to court on May 31 for a preliminary hearing. If the hotel shows up for the court, I will pay the $188 and have to go to another diversion class, which again will remove this charge from my record, and pay $50 for the class.

No probation, no piss tests, no criminal record, and no more than $350 in fines.

I'm gonna smoke a few fat bowls, and then go celebrate with a few beers at the pool.

That's a damn good point my man. I've decided I'm gonna go get a pump on at the gym before I go to the pool... I mean, it's only noon. I should be a little productive before I chill with a few. When I say a few, I mean it. I'm just gonna pick up 2 24 oz Bud Lights, read a book (The Gnostic Gospels) and bask in the love of the sunshine. Since I got into trouble, I have only been drunk off hard liquor once... as I promised myself I'd slow down.

gymtime - Doesn't everybody want them, male and female alike? I've been pumping lately... I've been on for two weeks today... The pool was awesome. I sat under the waterfall for about a half an hour, read my book for about an hour, and fell asleep on my stomach for about an hour and a half!!! Whoops!!! Ah well... my back was lacking anyway. It was a beautiful day out.
