The B vitamins are water soluble so they aren't stored by your body and are flushed out. It's not dangerous at your level of intake you're just wasting vitamins. My advice would be to purchase a pill splitter and cut the two tablets in half and 1/2 a tablet four times per day with meals. I'm assuming you're a bodybuilder and eating the standard 6-8 meals per day.
Im taking big 150 b complex vitamins. They turn my piss so yellow its almost green. They give my a little boost though and are supposed to help with soreness.
