I need to start working out again. I have been trying to eat healthier which is hard to do since it is getting close to the holiday season.
 
It's a hard time of year to stick with a diet!

Get a calendar & write in all your parties/festivities. Schedule your 'rewards' for those days. Eat clean & work out all week, then you won't feel as bad when you indulge a little. :santa2:
