Before I made a post i have been reading everyone elses posts for the last few days in preparation on how to ask my question. I am a little disappointed in how some people give there belittling comments to certain users who are hoenstly just looking for help. (hint hint: i am one of them).

My problem is the fact there is so much information about everything that it is hard to make intellegent decisions soemtimes. I am at the point where i am now looking twards experts opinions on what is SAFER and better FOR ME. All opinions thatr have been carefully thought out would be appreciated.

I am 5'9 164lbs (formely 176 but i got lazy and quit lifting for 8 months) and my target goal is 178-180. I am no stranger to the amount of work but feel a little boost can help.

I am confused as to which would be better Winstrol or EQ. Keep in mind the side effects issue is the most important to me and then the actual body hardening. Obviously we all want mass but i dont need the Sound Factory (NYC) look. Please for a first time cycle ranging within $100-300 whut would any of you suggest?

EQ would be a lot better than winny for a first cycle. However test with an anti-e would be the best first cycle. 500mg per week with .5mg of liquidex ed or eod. Winny is pretty costly and so is EQ. Test is usually the cheapest.

Test is what you want for a first, second, eight cycle etc. In the future you can add eq or winny to a cycle, but I believe that test is the crux of every cycle especially for mass and strength. You can add an anti-e if you feel that you need it, but you probably won't. For the first time I would not exceed 400mg a week. You need to eat and train properly, or just forget it.

Don't feel bad there is a lot of conflicting shit on these boards and half of it is pure shit.:)

And just to confuse you further...

If safety is the number one concern, test isn't the best option. How much you do and how long you do it is what matters.

Also, you said you got lazy and stopped training. Then you said you're no stranger to work.

BTW: I get letters like this all the time. People ask advice, yet at the same time they want to do things their way. Why EQ or winny? There are better (safer) drugs.

No flame intended. But I think you need to figure out where you're going with this a little better.
