I have lost 65 lbs

My avatar is a pic of me after loosing 70 lbs. I am now at 250lbs. I started the weight loss just 6 months ago. I was on a 62 mile road ride in the picture. My goal is 210, but the weight isn't coming off vary fast anymore.

I am 6'2". One time I was skin and bones and I weighed 195 lbs when I was 19. I had like no muscle at the time, I was vary skinny. I don't get it, I just weigh a lot.

I'm in the same boat man I'm 6' tall and 223 now but I was 276 about 5 month's ago. I want to get down to 208 or 210 but the weight has stopped coming off. I've only lost maybe 4 lbs in the last 4 weeks and I train like a madman. check out my avatar and I'll post a before pic.
