If you're in SW Michigan looking for a "true" power-lifting gym I've finally found it. Relatively new to the sport, just started WS about 2 months ago I found myself wondering how the fuck am I gonna do all these lifts in my "fitness" club I belong to. I hear of a place the hardcores lift at and we go check them out today, I was not disappointed. If Louie Simmons says to use it, this guy's got it, chains, bands, boards, chalk, sleds, loud music of your choice.
