I have finished my first cycle, regret it..

My cycle:
week 1-10 500mg testo enanthate
week 1-4 25mg dbol e.d.
week 1-12 10 mg nolva e.d.

PCT: clomid, 300mg first day, then 100 mg for ten days and finally 50mg for ten days.

I used my gear while cutting actually, my bodyfat% went down from 15-16% to 10-11%, and my bodyweight went up to kilos. Im happy with the results, I really am, but I didnt have to use aas to get this results. Shure it wouldt have taken me much longer time, but so what?

While on, I got some real good pumps on my workouts, god damn that felt good! I sure miss it now that Im off. The dbol made back lower back hurt like hell, like a painful pump or something. And I got som acne and musclecramps of it. I also bloated a bit from the dbol but nolva made sure I didnt bloat to much. I also noticed that my heart rate was higher then normal, and I often felt very dizzy. After finished 4 weeks with dbol the acne disappeared.
The four last weeks before clomid I was sick and tired of being on, just waiting for the pct to begin. I got sick and had to stay in bed for a week before pct, but strict dietting helped me keep my strengt and gains when I was ready for workout again.

I used glucorell r-ala during the whole cycle, 7-800 mg e.d. to prevent liver damage, and it also helps me on a diet.

My diet worked out well, because my eating was and still is very strict.

I train every other day, and has splitted my body to four parts:
Day 1 pecs
Day 2 back,biceps
Day 3 shoulders, triceps
Day 4 legs

2-3 worksets
 
fake gear or your diet sucked,probably diet,then you would be singing a different tune had you added 10kg
 
Im not against using aas either, I just believe that you should train naturally for some years before juicing. When you lack progress and have tried everything and still dont grow any bigger, THEN its time to consider aas.

Like parabellum said; live and learn! I have learned the wrong way, other people dont have to make the same mistake. Using aas involves some health risks

Exactly, that was my point.
 
ok so at 150lbs post cycle you gained 4.4lbs and went from 15-16% to 10-11%

ie a 145.6lb 15%bf person to a 150lb 10%bf person, meaning you really put on something a little over 10lbs and dropped 7 or so lbs fat.

eh cant complain. so long as your hpta gets back to normal, then it wasnt an expensive lesson at all. the opposite, rather.

what can i say, next time look before you leap, but its not like yours is a horror story by any measure. be glad of that

Dude, that was too much gear at your age and experience. Without a good base you won't find much satisfaction in gains from AAS.
