it is'nt even funny. I hate this time a year with a passion. Eating way too much, drinking far too much, and we still have two more weeks before the madness is all over. I have gained eight pounds since Thanksgiving. At least I'm still getting my workouts in, and doing cardio a couple of times a week. If not for that, I would have gained twenty pounds. Holidays suck!~!!!

Well, is your strength up at least?
 
I've been careful this year. I've only put on about 3 pnds since Turkey Day. Which is phenomenal for me considering I usually put on about 10 or so over the Holidays.
 
Word up dood. It's not the holidays that are killing me, it's just life throwing everything at you at once shit. It's all good though, cause I found myself doing 150 crunches this morning at 5 am all hopped up on ephedrine while watching The Unbelievable. YEAH BUDDY!!
 
As long as you eat clean on weekdays and keep hitting your workouts you should be ok at least that is what I keep telling myself. :worried:

That's what I've been doing and my abs are still on the way out. :(

I've put on 15 lbs since Oct 1st and will probably add another 5 lbs during the Christmas break.

On the plus side, my strength is through the roof. :)
 
Damn.... I`ve LOST 25 pounds in the past couple of months. 250-225. Trust me, that`s NOT a good thing.

I have`nt lifted or eaten well for at least a month or so.

Sometimes it's good to take a break to avoid burnout.

I do the same thing occasionally, but it's usually due to work related injuries. lol

Bet the food tastes good. ;)
 
I'm going to set a bunch of goals that I have never shot for before the year is up. I'm going to do a three day cleansing at the first of the year and really clean my diet up again. This time stay on it though. It is going to be a new year and there will be alot of changes in my life. It should be interesting.
 
I've been using Egg Nogg (low fat) as my main bulker this month! works like a charm!
 
i havent been eating that healthy on the weekends.
 
Yeah at this point in the year its' all abotu damage control. Just call it a bulker, keep lifting (hard if you can LOL) so you haev something underneath all the blubber.
