well it seems that during the past month that i have worked at a strip club i have noticed something rather interesting. more and more woman are comming to the strip clubs. so seriously, ladies of ef have you ever been to or want to go to a strip club in your life? and fellas does your SO or girlfriend go to them also?

i need to know. cause at my club there seems to be on the real busy nights just as many woman as there are male customers. yes it still blows my mind away to see that but its a great sight.

she was with me when i was offered the job. she got her first vip lap dance ever that night. she loved it.

Thats cool. Good understanding and not super jealous chicks are hard to come by.
I finally got one and i am guessing yours is the same. I am not sure how mine would feel about that but i will ask her tom and see what the answer is :)

So how do you like working there? Strip clubs always seem to me that theres less trouble with the crowds.. no fights and most guys know better than to touch the woman unless they are wasted in which case its time to be tossed anyways.

Caught her before she went to work and heres her reply when i asked her if she would mind if i worked at a strip club: " well i sure wouldn't like it but i guess i could try and deal with it why?"

you are exactly right about the less problems in the strip club than the other clubs i worked in. this club i have worked in for a month now and still not one fight. we had to ask people to leave but its because they touched a girl repetitively and they leave no problem. but the other clubs i worked at. regular clubs, we were guarenteed at leased 2 fights a night. just a different environment i guess. i guess thats why they call it the gentlemens club.

Coming from south Florida I'd venture that its probably more "acceptable" there than it would be, say in my home town in N. Minnesota. If you can find a "fun" strip joint (and not a creepy one) then it is actually fun. The first strip joint I ever went to was sort of as a "dare" thing -- I don't like being "afraid" of things so it was sort of for shock value to the guys in our group. It was interesting that this particular place required that any girls who went in be accompanied by a guy because they were concerned about pissed off wives or g/fs coming in to raise holy hell on a hubby / b/f who wasn't supposed to be there.

Since then I've been to several in the S. FL area. I know a few strippers - some girls who were just workign their way thru college (and very nicely I might add, certainly more than I made on my co-op jobs) and others who were sort of trailer-trashy or just exhibitionists w/ a drug problem. Those girls depressed me a lot. I took care of a few of them while they got thru various situations but that whole side of people who can't' be responsiblel for themselves just depresses teh shit out of me. I didn't want any part of the seedy side of strip joints so they lost their luster as you got to know them & the girls better.

Otherwise, as far as girls goign, I think that all women to a degree are bi-curious and maybe getting that lap dance or whatever is just a safe way to explore that for a sec, go w/ the shock value it may have for the guy or just to experience it, as those things you see more often on tv, in society, they are more "acceptable". But again, once you start to see the lifestyle and what goes on behind it , it is very depressing. There's a huge amount of "power" the strippers have over guys, but at teh same time, the whole lifestyle is sort of sad.

I've been to strip clubs. I would go again anytime with peeps that are not uptight and secure with themselves. I've said it before, I find the female body absolutely beautiful.

I don't care if my significant other goes with his friends or for business deals.

If you go outside the U.S., hell commercials have just as much nudity. Or you go to a cabaret show and there will be nudity. I think the negative attitude has a lot to do with the prudish attitude and lack of comfort with sexuality that a lot of American women have.

wow you hit the nail right on the head. that is exactly right about these girls. we have 33 dancers right now and a lot of them are in school. 2 of them are in my classes. i had to promise i wouldnt say anything. but yea they are either in school or on drugs. they make a shit load of money. one stripper told me today that she made $1600 on thursday. i want tits and ass so i can make money. lol. but yea some of them are on drugs and we actually weed those out. we are a very nice club. we actually fired a girl last night cause she asked a guy to take her home for $$$$. we found out and fired her. she was one of the hot ones too. and she lives right down the road from me. oh well it is a high turnover industry.

I think its a very tough industry to be in because it caters to temptations & excess. There are some people who can handle it & deal w/ it like a business and are totally secure w/ themselves, but it just leaves so much open to interpretation & suggestion -- that's how the girls make money. Become some guy's fantasy that he has to keep paying for but never really gets. They can't touch but the girl can rub all over them. Like w/ my comment about the shock value of it - there's a serious amount of power two women can have over a guy just w/ the knowledge that they can just look at each other & guys will be tripping over themselves to watch. And I think, assuming you are open-minded & secure w/ yourself (as nyc said!), a female patron & a dancer can really have fun just bonding on the fact that the guys are watching. But if you spend more time than that thinking about it or getting to know these girls or make that part of your own lifestyle, personally I think it just gets really depressing because you simply can't escape the seedy side of it. Even if the one dancer you happened to get to know as a regular or whatever is pretty cool, you just know there's at least 3 people around you who are in the bathroom taking another hit of whatever to get thru the night, there's at least five guys in the room who think they're gonna get laid but arent', at least one dorkola who has never been laid and at least five people who are just there because their own personal lives are so miserable this is where they go to get some sort of attention, even if its just for their wallet.
