I wanna start lifting like crazy and gain size and muscle
1.i'm 168lbs is this ok a proteins intake of 1.5g per pound so 168x1.5g=252g proteins
2.for my routine which muscle do I need to hit twice a week or any idea of a program for me
i wanna start tomorow
eating like crazy + lift like crazy
but i dont wanna do 5x5 i did it and i didnt get size only strenght gain
