for they fucked up my trip today. Nothing like waiting at the airport for five hours with constant delays and lies. Finally after we realized we would'nt get to Vegas until late this morning, we canceled our trip. Thankfully, Expedia refunded our entire total of our rooms. The bad thing is I have a voucher to fly with United for up to a year. Oh well!!!

Funny thing was, they first said it was due to volume of traffic going into O'hare in Chicago. Then it was wind shears in Chicago. While they were saying all of this, two other flights left for Chicago on time. I believe along with everyone else, it was just the piece of shit plane.

I can laugh now that I've drink a bunch of beers, but I was'nt laughing while I was waiting. It was frustrrating as hell. I never have a problem when I fly Delta. Fuck United!

happened to me a while ago.....cept i just had to wait for a later flight, got bumped to first class, and got a voucher, which i ended up using to fly to san fran a few months later

Luckily it happened here in Cinci and not another city. I like having the option of saying fuck it, when I'm in my hometown. It would have realy sucked if it would have been in Chicago or another city, where they had me by the nuts.

I usually stay away from United, or I should say, always do because I have never flown them. I have rarely heard anything good about them. I have flown about every other airline oddly enough.

You would think that the greatest Luchalibre to ever walk North America would be treated better than this.

Hell, my hubby slipped & fell on our honeymoon, developed a blood clot & his leg swelled up 4x it's normal size.... USAirways wouldn't let us have a row by ourselves even tho the plane was mostly empty & wouldn't let us leave the resort early -- told us it was our problem that he was injured & no, we won't change your tix or flight.....

He's lucky to be alive.....

Once again you made the arrangements. You could have choosen an earlier flight or a flight with different connections. You prolly chose the cheapest ticket on expedia or orbitz or whatever and this is what generally happens.
There are a million flights coming from Cinci , which is actually south of Covington, KY Which is a Delta Hub

You want cheap , just fly air tram and be done with it.

I've been a Delta Skymiles (which is the same skymiles plan United uses) member for 6 years now and I have never had the issues you had with all the business travel I've done.
