Do you guys that juice think that creatine works?

I know that this is a supplement question... but I trust the thoughts of juicers more than natural trainers.. (I think a juicer is far less likely to get taken in by a placebo effect)
 
Of course creatine works...I have used it may times both before I started juice and between cycles and I get good results (at least good from a supp standpoint) Creatine is one of the best legal supps out there IMO along with L-Glutamine, E/C/A, Multi-Vitamins

Yes creatine works, im using with my var/winny/fina cycle.

Creatine will make you stronger, it adds water retention which increases strength. Start with 25grams for the first 1-1 1/2 weeks then 10 grams for maintanance (sp?)

Mustang, did I forget to mention the insulin :D

as you know I went in to hospital, I did start that cycle I had planned but also stopped it because of the above :( Im not back 100% but have started training light for a while until im confident I can go full out again. So at the moment im on 250mgs test, 200mgs eq, now up to and going to remain at 20ius / day of humalog split into am and post workout, 1 tab of t3 daily and 2 tabs clen daily.

Just make sure you take the creatine with a good source of simple carbs to get the insulin release, otherwise you'll never absorb it, I buy the powdered gatorade and throw in 1 - 1 1/2 scoops with it, it's a hell of a lot cheaper than the premixed stuff the supplement companies want to sell you
 
I used it a couple times when it first came out. I got the 5lb standard water bloat but didnt notice any other benefit.

I just got some free from mass q with my order or triple threat, and being one to not waste free supps I will use it and see how it goes.
 
When I was natural I could gain between 10-15 lbs off an 8 weeks cycle, and keep at least 8 or so lbs of it, alright for not having gear, but now I'm counting on it making a good bridge
 
Creatine gave me really bad stomach cramps when I took it... I felt a little bit stronger and got the water weight, but I never felt like I gained any "real" muscle mass from it. The gains definitley weren't worth the cramps.
 
i hate the shit, it bloats me worse then dboll without arimidex. but all my boyz love the shit, and it works for them great, just not me
 
It definitely seems to help me do another rep or two on my sets. From what I've read, it only stays in your bloodstream for about 45 minutes, so I only take it right before training.

All this stuff about a "loading phase" and taking it three times a day, etc., I think is just nonsense to get people to use it up faster so they have to buy more.

Sounds to me like your water intake was to low, that is what caused the cramps

I hate creatine. It just causes me to retain lots of water and I look bloated and gross. I don't even gain much strength from it but do get good pumps out of it. Not much if anything at all in the way of gains either.
 
there is no need to load creatine. i've taken up to 15g per day with no problems. ever notice how you get crearhea when taking 25g+ ?
 
The "loading phase" for creatine is probably a marketing ploy by supplement companies to use more of their products as someone stated. I believe I read that it takes no more than using 5g a day for 3 or so days before muscle cells become saturated with the compound. In my own case I usually forgot to take all the doses during a day in my loading phase and still ended up with the same results when compared to the time I loaded according to the packaging reccomendations.
 
my good friend who got a ExFit degree thinks loading is a waste. Says you just piss it out.
