I hate this shit...Farts...really need serious help

Ok, I work and my life is good(as good as it gets when your doing fina :) )

When I start bulking, as I do now, I have this problem with my stomach. If I don't go to the bathroom every day, I will end up with farts smelling like nothing else, and this sucks bigtime. Have to stay home from job sometimes. I've seen the doc and he sais that I probably were born with a bit slower stomach, it takes longer time for the food to pass from hole A to B..Way longer. I've tried lots of fibers, normal fiber intake and low fiberintake, and everything is ok just if I can go to the bathroom. I often have to drink coffe with the breakfast to be able to go to the bathroom(to take a shit of course..). Anyway, according to some it has with the big amounts of protein we eat when we bulk, and that ginger might help. Is there anything else that I can use to get rid of this? I eat lots of rice, oatmeal, bread, steak, chicken and fish. Not much powders. Also omega3 fat and peanuts.
Need all advice I can get, this shit is killing me.
 
Make sure you are eating plenty of fruits and veggies first of all. Secondly try ginger root to aid digestion. Also my bro had problems with his stomach too and used to take the most horrid shits, I swear it was like Satan himself shat in my bathroom. Anyways he started taking Activated Charcoal Pills and that helped a lot too.
 
Have you tried looking into taking digestive enzymes for protein? Of course, you could also try Beano, but I'm not sure exactly how that works.
 
I have the perfect solution. McBane replied 1st so its only right that he gets to help you haha. Tell him to insert his twig into yor butt and maybe he can block u from rippin farts all day hahaha LMAO. JK fellas had to bust some balls. I have been away from here for a lil bit but now im back. Peace

When you have a day off, do this....

Extra strength Pepto Bismo (generic is fine). Drink 1/2 the bottle before bed.

Next morning, drink a Magnesium Citrate laxative. Stay near a toilet most of the day.

The first will kill any bacteria in your system. The second will flush you out. That will get rid of any latant garbage stinking you up (not all waste gets pushed out).

If you still have fart problems, it's your diet.
 
Your wreaking farts are do to all the protein you eat. grab some ginger root and some aminogen. aminogen is a digestive enzyme that helpsbreak down the protein into the amino acids so they can be absorbed
