i hate that anytime i go over about 300 on barbell bench my wrists feel like they are going to snap..
405 feels like they are going to break at the joint..i guess its just a MUST to wear wrist wrap gloves or tape my wrists when goin over 300lbs..
anyone else have this issue? i try to keep them as straight as i can for the lower amounts of weight to hopefully strengthen them but once i get to a certain point its inevitable.. then bench.. and put major stress on them..
just venting i guess..
