make goals, long term and short. start out small and then work your way up, just like working out, you can't just throw on 400 pounds and pop it up. it's all about progress baby. if you can't run, then jog, if you can't jog then walk. if you can't walk, then crawl, if you can't crawl then your a stupid ass. my advice:
make 1 long term goal (1 year )
make 1 mid-term goal (6 months)
and make weekly goals (if you can't stick to them, u need prof help)
quite smoking so much weed. only smoke it 1 or 2 times a week.
