and it hates me... Try to go out and run... and I fucking make it maybe 1/3 a mile.. and then I feel like I'm gonna throw up.. still feel like im gonna throw up.. son of a bitch.
 
ya know what bro? dont give up, that 1/3 of a mile will become 3miles if u just stick to it and never quit, you're gunna feel sick and cramp up and such but u gotta fight thru it.

no.. this isnt normal.. I can usually run without getting sick.. sure.. ill get tired.. but not sick... I don't care if I pass out and/or puke my fucking guts out tomorrow.. im gonna run when I get up..
 
I think we all hate our bodies in one way or another. That's why we spend all the time in the gym, and we eat til we want to puke. It will pay off after time if you want it badly enough.
 
Take it slow.

Actually exertion related headaches and nausea are not uncommon when exercising.


Don't be so hard on your self.

bro is it cold where you live?

if so that may be it,I dont do cardio outside in the cold ,If I try my lungs feel like they freeze and I almost pass out

It's cold out right now.. (oddly..) probobly in the 40's.. im in central texas..
 
Look back and see if you did something different today, that you don't normally do. Did you eat something different, or at a different time?

There are lots of reasons and like everyone has said, take it slow.
