You know who I mean. Guys at the gym who have massive upper bodies and then they stand up and have these tiny chicken legs. A guy today was doing bench in a power rack with three plates and then stood up and seriously looked like his legs could not support his upper body.
Why do these people do this? I'd love to hear the logic from any other lightbulbs out there.
