Try having some Greek yogurt. It has triptolene in it so its a mild sedating food. Good for you Mark since if I remember right you have insomnia. This yougrt is light on the stomach and good for you. Has no fat and only 6 gr of carbs in a cup serving.

yeah i usualy stick to a protein shake right beore bed, but last june when i was bulking id have 6 egg whits and toasr and yogurt at ten then protein shake round 1130, man i felt like i was going to throw up 24.7 but i put on 15 pounds
yeah i just got that isobolic protein from nutrabolics. its like whey isolate, casein and egg protein with only 4 g carbs 220 calories and 45 g protein. its workin well.
