I Hate Customs....so Very Very Much!!!

Those prick sons of bitches!! rrrrrrrrrrr.... I get a package sent from a legit pharamcy that does not ship controled items like test and other anabolics. Well I ordered 2 boxes of clomid, 2 boxes of dyazide, ansd 2 boxes of prescription zit cream....The box comes and I sign for it. It has a big 2" peice of green tape on the box, that says US CUSTOMS ....I open it and there is this shitty photo copied peice of paper that is called a "notice of removal" it states that, "This shipment contained item(s) that were determined to be an illegal importation. The US CUSTOMS service has the "responciblity" to intercept and seize illegal items when they are attempted to be brought in by any means...The remaining items in this shipment are being forwarded on to you as they are not concidered to be an importation contrary to US CUSTOMS or related laws"

That's crap. I was just over on the geneticfreakz board and it had a couple of threads about contolled delivers. One guy got busted with 500dbol, the other guy got busted with 300tabs and 50 amps. Total waste of taxpayer dollars. Why go after someone for a couple hundred dollars? It has to cost thousands to prosecute these guys. Screw customs!:finger:
 
I feel for you man. I know you're pissed but you'll find a way to get your clomid somehow...
 
Damn, I never got any tape, just a little yellow slip of paper telling me to come to the post office and pick up a certified letter. Last time I went international. Got a friend in for it hard over getting X from over seas. They delivered, he took it, they raided.
 
Do you think you may have been scammed? Alot of scammers send you a box with a photocopied customs letter in it. When customs seizes something they don't send the box with a letter in it, they mail you a letter usually 2 weeks later. Anyway, that really sucks bro.

hey bro's they sent the rest of the acne cream and the dyazide, just took the clomid...The letter stated that the stuff contained in the box other than the clomid was ok for importation...they even left the boxes that the clomid in the box, they just took the pills and sent the package. On the bottom of the customs letter is a phone number and a case number if I would like to ask any "questions" I think I will pass...I do not think I will get raided over some acne cream and water pills, or from the clomid they took...I hope...:(
 
Why do you guys order from overseas when it is so risky. Just stick with domestic. The extra cost is well worth piece of mind.
 
Thought as of July 12th you could import non - scheduled (legal) Prescription drugs for a 3 month supply I have heard Clomid should be allowed to be importated if under 180 days worth. Im not absolutley sure but thats what I've heard, I'm kinda thinking BigGuns maybe right could be a well planned scam.

I am starting to agree with you on this...I have only used domestic a few times, a little mroe money, but I guess it is worth it. I am thinking about getting out of the ordering game all togther. I want to use and stay big, but I do not want to sit in jail or have the humility of explaining if I got poped, the second of the two is better, but still...I do not know I am just so mad right now....!
 
It is illegal to import for a foreign source, even if it isn't Controlled. check out www.steroidlaw.com for detailed info. Customs has usally granted a "courtesy" to 90-day personal supplies of non-controlled, non FDA approved drugs. this is a courtesy/exception, not a law or a right. i ahve researched this thoroughly. FDA is in charge of US citizens importing prescription drugs and from what I've seen your "risk" is having it seized but as of 7-12-01 I was told and have seen many online pharacies say that a 180 day supply could be imported until a final decission is made (delayed it I guess like internet taxation) Anyways Just wondering if you new anything about the "new regulation" I'm not sure but I've heard both ways with strong cases so I dunno

It's been almost 2 weeks..Fack.
I'm scared to order anthing else right now.
BUT....I did get an E-mail today about getting kits in CANADA.
They are now gona be available here..I'm gona get one and see how good it is. They told me it's suposed to be as good as A's kits.

At least we won't have to order that from the US anymore.
No More Duty....every time I order kits from the US I have to pay the friggin duty.....This make a kit over $60 fack..that's too much.
I'll let you know how they are.

Pretty shitty bro,Some peaple can't get something as benighn as clomid but I just received a box of Nubain like it was nothing, you'd think customs would have something better to do. Just think how many kilos of cocain were entering the country while they were doing the paper work on your clomid.
 
Hey columbo, its been a while.......sorry to hear about that! God have I ever been there!! Its enough to make you want to move the fuck out of this goddamn manipulative, controlling country sometimes!
 
Thanks for the advice and help guys! I am up a creek though. My cycle ends in eight days and now I gotta find some clomid asap...I think I will goto the doc if needed....this is why you should always have ALL of your supplies before starting:rolleyes:
 
Maybe you will not like this, but I AM SURE, that if goods are packaged well, there is almost ZERO PERCENT RISK that customs will find it.

Tricks like SIZE of the envelope, weight, carbon paper, etc...

If you KNOW and USE this. you can have almost 100% success delivery from Europe to US. This is true.
 
This package came from Mexico...it was from a pharmacy that is owned by a colorado company...they are legit and legal...customs was just bing pricks...The company did nothing to conceal what was in the box, it had a Rx sticker on the outside of the box...they quated the 3 month policy also....I guess it just depends on the people working at the time...plus who knows how many customs agents are on gear and take for there own personal use....:rolleyes:
