If it's legal to have, then go to court. It's only 40 bucks but if you just want to make a point go to court for it, it's your right. If I were you I would start dating his daughter

And also if you really wanted to, file a complaint about this guy. Complaints aren't handled by the police department anymore, it's an outside organization. Make a complaint about how rude he was and he'll think twice about it next time...or maybe he won't lol.
I got pulled over the other day (I was speeding, 31 in a 25) by the biggest dickhead cop in town. I know most of them from the gym and shit. Well, I was with my boy and I was like oh shit, it's this fucking asshole. He's not gonna let me go clean. So he asked for all my stuff and I had to give him my Military ID because I didn't have my license on me. Well he came back with a ticket in hand and he started interigated me, asking me all kinds of questions, what's your date of birth, what's your rank, your blood type, where were you stationed, ect...ect... I was like, why are you asking me all these questions? and he says, Just to make sure you are who you say you are...I'm like actually no I'm a Colombian drug lord that has 10k worth of blow in my trunk. I basically let him know that I didn't appreciate him being rude asking me all kinds of questions. I just know for a fact that this guy LOOOOOVES to pull over people that aren't white. I'm not trying to start a racial issue here, but it's true. This man is known for that. So anyway, I let him know that's why I think he pulled me over, because I have a small flag hanging from the rear view. "GIVE ME MY TICKET!" hahaha. You should have seen my boy's face LOL.
Well turns out he only gave me a ticket for not having my license on me. But still what a dick to give someone in the service a ticket. I got out of a speeding ticket when I was going 98 on the turnpike. I gave him my military id, and he was like have a nice day. Now there's a great police officer
