Not true at all. My Dad hates cops but he was never a criminal. He was once the upper part of law enforcement as a government agent well above the cops authority. He doesnt like the way they act. Where Im from they take the power to their head and will fuck with you for no reason. I cannot count how many times they tailgated me trying to mess with me...What if i slammed on the breaks and said a dog ran infront of me....The cop would hit me and it would be his fault...Not all cops are bad but there alot who will fuck with you because you are younger, drive a sports car etc etc, even if you do nothing wrong..

Usually younger guys who hate cops, are often influenced by their parents. If their parents hate cops, then the kids will hate cops. A lot of times this is true. And a parent who is a cop-hater usually is a criminal/has done criminal activities.
