So I call today (finally) to cancel my AOL acct on my laptop. I have wireless on it, connecting to our cable line, so I have NO need for AOL anymore.
When I call, I find out that since there are 16 days left on this billing cycle, I can't cancel until the end of the cycle. So I have to call AGAIN in 15 days to cancel. WTF?!?!?!? I am FINE with paying for the rest of this cycle, but WHY ON EARTH do I have to call AGAIN to cancel? This is the stupidest thing I have ever heard of.
I know this is so they HOPE I forget to call again, and they can bill me again, but WTF. UGH UGH UGH
What a pain in the ass. I am SO SO annoyed.
Not to mention that Sprint Fair and Flexible Plan isn't really fair or flexible - you have to pick a set amount of minutes, and if you go over those minutes, then you fall into different "categories": and will have to pay somewhere betwen $5-15 more depending on how much over you went. How confusing and silly.
