If she's addressing him as a friend, she can use the familiar form. Like the polite version of please is "Si vous plais", familiar form you'd use with a friend would be "S'il te plait". Or did you mean fermez b/c fermer isn't the conjugated form of the verb? Yeah that's probably it, lol, it's been too damn long. Bon nuit mon amis! Or whatever
