No, it is a registered trademark of Bayer Corporation. I would use a different name (for obvious reasons). Just my .02.

But if it's the same compound, the name doesn't matter, it's still illegal...right?

The drug name is "vardenafil". Levitra is the commercial name (i.e., trademark) owned by Bayer to sell this good (i.e. drug) to the public. I would use the drug name and not the trademark. I can't access the site from AG site from work, so I don't know how it is presented on the site to potential customers. I can see how they (Bayer) would be troubled by this and it definitely raises a red flag.

BTW - I don't work for the drug industry (I work for the hospitality industry).
