My abs have been the same for a really long time, six pack but not very defined. Recently I started devoting 1 lifting day a week for just abs, I do weighted leg raises, weighted crunches and other weighted exercises for abs and obliques total 45 minutes once a week. Just last week I noticed that my 6 pack is turning into an 8 pack
I'm starting to develop 2 new muscles right directly below my chest, you can't really see the 2 new muscles that good, but you definately can feel them. My 6 pack and obliques have gotten a lot thicker in the past couple weeks also which I'm also really happy about.
