I got my cell phone back....

the cops came by and gave it back. They were here yesterday but I wasn't home to get it. (at the med center). But they told me that World Gym is going to press charges against this guy and his legal guardians, because it happened on their property. In addition to the two other incidents that they called the police about.

The officer said that the dude refused to be seen by a doctor and could only breath through his mouth. And one eye would not open. They got my cell phone from him at 8PM last night when he exited his apartment and they cornered him. He still had not washed his face and cleaned the blood off. However, he denied even being in an altercation and said that it was his allergies that caused him to be injured. And he found the minister gave him the (my) cell phone because God was planning on calling him soon.

Go figure.

I know that you're not goping to like this, BUT

I feel sorry for the guy.

He obviously has problems and YES, he DID attack you but
I'd talk to the people at the World Gym and try to get the
charges dropped. HOWEVER, to drop them, he would have to agree to be hospitalized.

He's already in suffering quite badly, no need to stomp on him.

Yeah.. and about 8 "calls" he tried to make had 20+ digit phone numbers.

Fonz, you have to remember, that without this guy being charged, there can be no help for him. His parents will not consent to him being instituionalized because it looks bad on their family name. And without due reason (charges) the authorities can not really do anything for him.
