went to doc today because of the unreal pain I get when I bench press whether it be 375 or 225 or 135
only on the flat bench ,
went to doc and got 3 ccs straight down into my shoulder, swear to god thought he was gonna hit a bone but he didnt
now it feels like I got hit with a bat or like someone ripped it off and stapled it back on, did anyone ever have this before
