I Got A Question About Gym Owning

hey bro's

i got a question about owning a gym. My town has more than 300,000 people in it and not one good gym to lift at. Where would one go to find financing for a small gym say around 8,000-12,000 square feet. i know the bank is one option but I doubt they would find a gym a good investment. Do any of the bros have any info.

gym is considered as a potential high earning. so you wont have any problems fot getting a loan.

8000 is pretty small, think more 12000+.

also watch out for period of memberships ( ie sept, where 60% of all gym get their membership fees and money and the rest of the year they are a bit poorer. )
