I got a new job

yes i know its the 100th job ive had since leaving the military but you try getting a job that is easy on your injured ankle that doesnt involve climbing airplanes. the company is flying me out to TX next week or so, ill find out friday, but im so psyched. i will be the regional benefits coordinator for government employees. i will have the entire north florida from orlando up.

i go to government offices and do the new employee orientation for their benefits. i help them pick the options and get payed pretty well for it. the funny thing is i was going to be a full time student and thats it, but my cousin of all people found out i have my insurance license and am allowed to sign people up he refered me to the company he works for. he works in Cali but i will have north florida.

I think my hubby and I were the youngest ones on the Island while there. My mom and dad had a winter place there for several years. It's a rather "old fart" Island in fact. It's beautiful though- nice place to take kids for shell hunting. I miss Sanibel.
