Look..I love this place and if I've offended some important bros here i apologise. I have been very full on but it's only because I feel passionately about training the right way and not getting caught in a viscious cycle of overtraining - like i have been.

Please understand some of us (most of us?) will not gain on conventional,volume routines..even those that do would gain better on lower volume. Thousands of guys are stagnating and giving up training..thinking 'i'm not cut out for this'..'this is too hard'... 'my genetics suck'..

I was one of those guys..I luckily came across debaser,DC and the low volume school and am finally growing again. Thousands of guys gain nothing then see the light,try these routines and blow up. Do you not understand that guys who have NEVER grown on any other system would be inclined to favor the low volume approach?

I want to say sorry if i offended anyone,there is no point me staying at elite if eveyone hates me :D

Just understand that I find it very hard to not challenge the perceived wisdom of the genetic elite -guys who will be huge whatever they do..in spite of how they train more than because of it...not to mention when they take roids and the truth gets even more distorted.

Needsize/b fold I respect your knowledge and what you've done with yourslelves...jst understand that the God of genetics smiled on you more than most...and guys like DC,McRobert,debaser et al need to be around to take care of Mr Average.

Find where I have said, especially recently, the the DC routine is full of crap?

You will find more places, especialy recently, where I have actually agreed with Debaser and his theories and that I'm sure that they work...but not for EVERYONE and not FOREVER either.

I've always believed that my genetics were decent. The greatest genetic gift that I was given is some of the best MENTAL GENETICS that you will ever see. As soon as people start to believe that I have freaky genetics...I start showing them pictures of me when I began.

My arms were smaller than yours...MUCH smaller. Probably a BIG 14" PUMPED!!!

Look at the size of Phil Phister, whom I will be competing AGAINST at nearly every contest till he retires. LOOK at his hand compared to my girlfriend's head. How do I look at HIM and say that I have good genetics??? The man can hook grip a bar, stick his thumb between his middle and ring fingers...and touch his knuckles with his thumb...

Go back, again, and look at my first pics of me AFTER gainind 23 pounds (10 kilos) and tell me again how good my genetics are.

I'm sorry I have been rude to you . You a clearly a tremendous competitor and have the heart of a lion.

I would still say that you have great muscle building genetics (many pro bodybuilders started with 12 inch arms...their response to training being what matters most).

If I have been disrespectful (i have) i do genuinely apologise. I will word what I say more carefully in future vro.

Btw.. I am not a troll...don't underestimate my dedication bro..I don't have your devolpment but we share a same conviction of beliefs and love of training

open up your mind and train of thought AA. i've met too many people like you. they really don't get too far....IN LIFE. the attitude you've displayed here has led me to believe one of two things. you're either extremely closed minded and arrogant, or you're afraid to speak up for yourself in life but you spout off online because of the anonimity. trust me, i've met quite a few people that were the latter, and man was i disappointed.

seems you're starting to realize that you've been spouting off in all the wrong ways. hope that changes, because your experience of not making any gains on your old routine could be useful knowledge to someone else if they're in the same trap, and if given correctly, could help other people on these discussion boards, just as you were saved from that trap BY THIS FORUM! i'm glad i found elite, as i'm only a few months into this again, and this time i'm doing it RIGHT. by that, i mean that i'm doing whatever my body requires me to do to make gains properly.

keep in mind that your routine is only 1/3 of how you grow and excel. proper rest and eating make up the other 2/3. once i realized that, i was amazed at the results.

speaking of the other 2/3....time for me to eat breakfast and then start streching for my first bis/tris day on 5x5.

the best lifters are the ones that aren't afraid to admit that they're doing something wrong or that there just might be a better way.
 
bros I'm 15 and i think i'm still small but over the summer i was 160lbs 6'1 13.5 inch arms. max bench was like 185. I've worked my ass off, so many times i thouhgt i wasn't getting any bigger. But i said i can't just quit its what i want no matter what so i'm sticking with it i'm only fifteen. I went up to 205 now at 15 inch arms. I have 6 years to get my arms 6 inches bigger for competing. I think i'm gonna do it. Just don't give up bro no matter what.

If there is one thing I understand its dedication to training, I've been obsessed since I was 5 years old.
But one ting I want to make clear, I agree that I do have good genetics as far as muscle shape and my frame goes. but that being said, I do not have good genetics for gaining size. Even on steroids, eating 500 grams of protein per day and doing everything that I do, I still have a hard time gaining mass. What I have is the result of over 10 years of trying everything, and reading everything I could get my hands on, in an effort to meet my goals.
With my shitty genetics I have found that very little works for me as far as gaining mass. The stuff on the far ends of the spectrum, high volume and super low volume, do absolutely nothing for me. So the routines that I follow that do work, are the result of all my years of beating my head against the wall, and they fall somewhere in the middle
