I was talking to my friend the other day, about how I workout. She was interested, so I told her. When I got around to saying I lifted only four times a week for sessions as short as 39 minutes (Bi/Tri day), and as long as 61 minutes (leg day - whoo!) she yelled and exclaimed "Only!? That's a freakin' lot, Tom!".

Wow... so uninformed. I wish I could point her at the people I know who lift 5 days a week, cardio 7, and yoga 2 others. It's just... wow...

Sorry, just felt like posting this 'cuz I got a little laugh out of it.
 
when i was in highschool i wish someone would have told me it wasent necessary to workout the same full body workout 3 times a week for 2 hours.

keeping the sessions to 1 hour(at the most) is fucking awesome.

every day is something new.......keeps it interesting.
