i never skip a meal. . .but if i forget my lunch, i'll eat something like, some peanuts and almonds and maybe a jack links jerky and chase it down with a diet mt. dew. . .protien and fat and very few carbs. . .quick and simple. . .too much sodium though, so i try not to do it very often. . .
true story, a hippy downstairs overheard me say I was hungry and gave me a piece of flat bread and a slice of soy bologna. I nuked it and swallowed it like Pick3 at a bathhouse.
