I've tried everything including adding metamucil to chocolate whey. I thought it would give me a delicious orange/chocolate flavour. Boy, was I wrong... It had more of a fritos/vomit flavour to it.
Anyway here's the shake and it actually tastes pretty good
1 serving of fiber one cereal(the only cereal on the market that isn't junk)
14g of fiber
10g of carbs
2.5g of protein
0.8g of fat
2 scoops of vanilla flavoured protein powder (45-50g of protein)
Shake with 1 serving of fiber one
10-15g of carbs
50 g of protein
under 3-4 g of fat
15g of fiber
Shake with 2 servings of fiber one
20-15g of carbs
50 g of protein
under 3-4 g of fat
29g of fiber
I mix with a hand blender. Good stuff. You can also use milk but I'm dieting.
