I feel terribly sorry for these mice.

I had to pick them up for the snake. The little things looked so happy when I dropped them into the cage because the snake was hiding. The mice were having fun running up and down and inside a log. Snake came out and traumatized the mice but didn't eat them. Little mice is now sitting in a small animal container on my counter. It is dying and I can tell it's suffering. I hate God for creating such an evil world. That is all.

i never feed my snake live food. no purpose in doing that whatsoever. all snakes will take food that is dead. plus, it's saves your snakes from being nibbled on and maybe losing an eye.

It's my daughter's snake. I'm just doing what she asked. She had it at her evil mother's house for 2 years and now that she lives with me, I have the damn thing. Can you buy dead mice and rats?

yes buy dead bro,not only will it keep the snake safe but some snakes fed live food have attacked more often then snakes fed dead

Thanks bro. I would have thought her mother would have known what to do after 2 years. I should have known better.

LOL. So should I give the mouse food and water ( a last meal before it becomes snake food?) I was just accused of being cruel for not giving food and water to the mouse.

if your gonna keep em around for a few days id feed it and give it water

I think it's too traumatized to eat and my daughter is gonna put it back in the snake cage tomorrow.

my friends and I used to love to watch his python attack mice and eat them.

I think the snake got too stoned just by second hand smoke. One day he found him stiff as a board and dead.

you can get frozen rats and mice that can be defrosted and fed to snakes.

The problem is, if you raise a snake on live food, it is sometimes difficult or even impossible to switch it to dead food later in life.

Bah! Biteme, snakes eat live food. If you have a problem with that put the mouse in a bag, and smack the bag against the wall before you put it in the cage. That will prevent injury to the snake and kep the mice from looking so cute.

Do you wear leather? Do you eat chicken or beef? Go to a slaughterhouse.

P.S. It is your daughter's snake make her feed it.

snakes are the grossest reptile on the planet
i cannot believe you guys keep them in your houses, yuckkkkkkkk - they are so disgusting

sorry biteme, i am simply repulsed by all snakes

The mouse is alive and well. I'd like to turn it loose outside.

Try this instead. Buy 50 mice and let them at the snake at one time. Sell tickets to the event and see who wins.

Do you think she used live mice because she thought of you?

except Eastern Diamondbacks.

Both of the mice are alive and well and playing in their cage. I wonder why the snake won't eat them. It's been 17 days since it's eaten. It's shedding right now and it blind because of the shedding over it's eyes my daughter says. Would that have anything to do with it snake people?

uh, yeah. snakes don't eat while molting. and snakes won't molt if stressed. take the mice out and put them back in a day or 2 after it sheds.

seriously, do that. right now it can't see at all and most snakes have shitty eyesight to begin with. so, it'll just stay put as long as there is another animal around.
