My base per year $32,500 in addition to that for this month comission wise it will be around $2500 I have had months that were a bit higher with Q bonuses. I also now make a seprate Q bonus for my postion as team leader but it is not that much $750. Vendor payouts not real sure hard to keep track of as each vendor has diffrent programs I am guessing this month around another $1000. I have had months where my vendor payout was nearly $3000.

Oh so finally number for the month was $355k which is 131% of my monthly goal.
