I don't know where to start

I just joined and i'm looking for information on what steroids i should use and how much of it. I have never used steroids before, but I'm looking to get back in shape after a devastating knee injury. I play college baseball and i need to get my strength and speed back as fast as possible. I lost most of my muscle mass when i was hurt. I"m about 5'11" and i weigh 170 pounds and i will turn twenty in a couple of months. I'm looking to gain about 15 lbs of muscle in a short time, but I can't afford to loose any of my speed, because i have lost so much of it already. Any suggestions or tips would be greatly appreciated.

You should rehab your knee and not worry about juicing.

You are 19 you have a shitload of natural test, there is no reason for you to use AAS.

listen to these guys bro, at your age, you are only setting yourself up for a wreck messing with hormones, ie: steroids.

if anything , i would say to run a simple anavar cycle. it is an oral and will help you with healing, and recovery.

bro you need training, not drugs. Seriously. You can do it. It will be tough, but with proper diet and traing you can get to where you need to be. Using steroid could very well likely make things worse for you, not better.

Dude your main concern now should be to get your knee to heal completely before you even think of training or using juice, you only get one pair of knees bud and the last thing you want is to be 25 and on crutches, juice now is going to give you more strenght among other things and more strenght might mean that you think you can lift a little too heavy for your knee to handle and you can do some serious permanent damage to it, chat to your doc and see what he thinks about prescribing you something like Deca and only then consider it!!

Thanks to everyone who has replied to my post so fast, all the advise really does help. If you have any more ideas that could help me get back to competative shape that would be great.

This is a good place to start:

Right now, you need time off and rest, not AS. At your age, you have a lot of natural testosterone and GH floating around, give it at least 5 years before you consider AAS.

I recomend 5000 + cals a day good clean eating...& whey protien every 5 hrs when you are awake..lift heavy in the gym...you will have your 15 lbs in two months no problem & no AAS till your 25.

5000 calories he will turn into a fat ass upping the calories like that. He doesn't need that many calories period.

bullshit !!
when i had my leg ripped off, i weighed 115 lbs, and my doc told me to get 5000 calories a day to heal. !!!

WITH NO AAS at 135 lbs, my maintenance calorie level is 3600/day
on GEAR i need 5000 to put on size.

this guy definitely needs the calories, especially if he is healing.

I agree with LV on this. Maybe you would turn into a fat ass, but that's not the same for everone.

i wouldnt jump right into saying bullshit, i mean we have no idea what type of body this guy has or metabolism or if he even works out...i mean he says he is a baseball player but i can say i play for the NFL, doesnt mean i do....i blew out my knee and i didnt need 5000 calories to heal......

like everyone else said bud rehab that knee first and get it back to full strength and begin to read all you can about juice as knowledge for this "game" is power and give it some time learn the nuances of proper lifting and diet and sometime within your twenties give it a go, i wish i would have waited and i started around 22...take advantage of your high test levels now because if your a normal teen they should be high right now....good luck bro and happy reading.....

how can you say that and still agree then, you contradicted yourself......how do we know he needs that a high of a caloric intake...

I guess maybe I was assuming but I think it's a fairly educated assumption. He's 5'-11" and only weighs 170lbs. I have pretty much the same body type. I'm the same height, but just over 200lbs. However, if I don't eat at least around 4000 cals per day, I'll drop weight.....FAST.

I'm around 175 at 5'9 and can eat 3300-3500 cals and gain weight. I've had surgery on my shoulder and I recovered fine and sure as hell didn't need 5k calories a day. You have to remember this guy can't push himself to his limits while going through rehab. He can't lift heavy weights, he has to rebuild the tendon strength and stabilizer muscles first. So eating an over abundance of calories is going to do nothing more than put exttra baggage on him when he could just eat over maintenance.
