well done! Looks like you ve sorted the arm bending problem, do you thing doing the hang cleans from below the knee rather than above helped that issue?

tomo, I think I am still bending my arms from what I can tell on the video. super_rice told me that I should be doing cleans only from knee or below the knee level. I dont know why glenn let me do work from the hang instead the full versions. anyway I think it helped getting me quicker under the bar.

I even felt like I could have done more but I called it quits. it was a huge jump from not being able to do a full clean with 95kg 2 weeks ago to a 100kg clean from the hang.
 
congrats on the PR petpre61! I've been working on improving the second pull by doing everything from a hang also. I start just above the knee though.

thanks. It makes sense to work from the hang to improve/work on your second pull. I am not knowledgable enough to understand why to work from below knee level, knee level, just above knee level, mid thigh or hip. I just did it this why b/c super rice said it is better. I dont know why though. From my understanding I would say the higher you start the faster to have to be in extenting and pulling yourself under the bar to manage a certain weight.
I was surprised how low the bar gets when I am doing cleans or snatches from the hang. I thought I stop just around my knee cap until I saw the videos.
