Well as you guessed i finally did it this morning! all went well except it took me about 5-7mins to suck up the 2cc of sust250, i was using 23g 1' and it took for ever! what did i do wrong? do i need a different size pin to suck it up?

but who cares i did it! let the fun begin, thanks all for your advice

Congrats buddy! Stick the amp under warm water for a couple mins to thin out the oil which will make it easier to draw up

i will try the different needle size and the hot water to thin it out!

+ it took me about a minute to do is that right?

ohwell time to hit the gym!!!

Just got back from my first work out on AS! and i feel better than ever............... i went up in all my weights with solid form!

I had the biggest work out ever but i feel now good as gold!

Yes.... you have now become a man! =) haha congrats bro, I wish I could have that feeling of my first time again. You'll look back on that day, and think wow I'm glad I had the balls to do it!

Hey Congrats and welcome to the club!

When I did my first shot I was too scared to stick the needle into myself so I had LordSuston do it. When he got done I was starting to lose confidence in my decision (and whining about sterility) so he belted me across the face with a backhand causing me to taste blood and screaming "F@#$%ing JuiceHead, Welcome to the club!!!"

Consider this response a written backhand from both us!!!
 
Congrats bro! You have entered a new realm of bodybuilding. Use it to your advantage. I always draw up gear with an 18g needle and shoot with a fresh 23g. Good luck towards your goals.
 
Well i have done my first one and today i can hardly walk!!! i shot into my leg and it is FAR KEN killing! there is no external bruise but the muscle has gone rock hard and just kills. i know this is all part of it for some people, but what did i do wrong??? dont want to have to go through this every week.................. any thoughts??????

but as you say no pain no gain :)

Sust usually hurts bad the first time. I doubt it will be as bad your next shot.

Thats just the prop in the sust, mate
 
Tips on preventing soreness:

(1) over time you will get better at injecting without causing trauma to the muscle

(2) use a 25 g 1" pin (definitely need to heat the oil up then)

(3) mix sus with deca

(4) massage the hell out of the injection site for 1-2 min following inj and try to work out your legs (either cardio or weights) the same day to dissipate the oil

Even so, if you use sus it will hurt a fair bit most times.

That's what happened to me the day I first injected.
Oh wait, that was a hard on.
 
thanks guys and GTAMAN- I will give your tips a go! I have a full on limp happening at the moment and every one at work just thinks i have torn a muscle! eheeh hope i dont tear one every week!
