Buld0g, like I said before, I've been getting ready for my first show since January. I've learned a lot over the last 5 months, and if you need any advice just shoot me an email.

PS: Why did you decide to do this show so late? Have you been contemplating over the last few months but still training hard with the intent that you might compete? Anyway, good luck to you bro.

PS: I know this great place in Greenvale, NY on LI that makes custom posing trunks in nearly any color you want. I have to go back later and get my suits altered (I ordered 3), so I guess that means getting nearly naked in front of the cute chick that works there

That's exactly what happened bro. Any way's in your other post you stated that I should be doing more cardio then you becuase you are leaner. Well you might be, I don't know I have to see your recent pics. But don't go by any of my website pics bro. Right now I'm looking my BEST EVER. I'm 173 ... ripped. I Didn't even lose much size either. My abs are REALLY starting to pop through like never before. I have viens on my back now.
