um OMG when i was supervising the office manager here i used to have regular shifts on the switch board. that sucks royally. i work for a social service agency so you can imagine the type of people who call us up LOL. and they dont wanna get someones voice mail ..no..they want to speak to someones supervisor LOL F that. i'd rather sit at my desk and when the phone rings just ignore it hahahahahah

At a former employer, we in the accounting department were responsible for answering the phone. Sucked big ass. Made it real hard for me to hide from people looking for payment.
