It was awesome...I kicked ass on the cycling part! It was a sprint...5Krun...20K bike...5Krun....However today I am feeling hung over like....what is the deal with that?

I'm sure what ever you ran turned heads.. 5th in age group thats kick ass. how many races do you compete in each year.?
 
1st Du ever....have only done maybe 7 races since last year when I started and they were all 5-10Ks
 
After 14 weeks off with my ankle and only running for the last month and 1/2 Im very happy
