the pollution, high cost of living, terrible traffic, loud noise, beggary, etc.
the upper midwest is beatiful, lotsa water, open spaces, cheap land/living, and great people.
unlike jersey, which is filled with dork-thug guidos, uppity fags, and illuminati WASP types.

Forgive me. I was out of line. WI is a beautiful state and has much to offer, particularly if you enjoy the outdoors or winter sports, As an east coaster, I didn't enjoy my stay in Madison as much as others might have, despite the cornucopia of booze and drugs, but that isn't to say that the place doesn't have much to recommend.
