I partially agree with macdaddy, I have no need to spank the monkey since I have a girlfriend, but after sex I have no probs sleeping.

trazadone is the best choice for sleep. You are not going to find anything else near as effective.

I completely agree. There is nothing I have ever used that is close to as effective as Trazodone. I go right to sleep and sleep through the entire night with the exception of occassionally getting up in the middle of the night to take a piss. I wake up feeling well rested with absolutely no grogginess. For me, it is an absolute Godsend and it's cheap as hell to boot!
